Our corporate practices are guided by the WHO Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Health Professionals: WHO-Code. We apply the "employer pays"-principle and also comply with the International Human Rights Conventions, the ILO Core Labor Standards - in particular the ILO General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment: ILO - and the IRIS Standards of the International Organization of Migration: IRIS. No recruitment fees are charged to Health Professionals.
